So much for Jolly St. Nick

Folks I couldn't make this one up if I tried.

A woman in Chicago has filed a lawsuit against Jolly Ol' St. Nick, well not the St. Nick, but rather one of his many worldly impersonator's.

Adventures at the North Pole - The Santa Claus...

Sorry kiddies ... Santa can't be at every mall in the world at the same time now can he?

The lawsuit filed Thursday by Antoinette Basso claims that Santa (impersonator) fell on her, knocking her face first into the sidewalk outside a restaurant.

She claims she suffered pain, disability and disfigurement. Okay the pain and (almost) the disability I can understand. The disfigurement I am having a hard time with. What's more is the amount she is asking for. $50,000.00.

That's a lot of eggnog, which apparently Daniel Aulwes (Santa impersonator) had a little too much of, and spiked to boot, no doubt with X-Mas cheer, or maybe Rum ...not really sure about that.

Santa was a bad man this year (allegedly).

He's accused of negligence and negligent battery.

All calls to the North Pole also went un-answered.

I wonder how this one is gonna play out?
