I, like most of the world was in a slight state of shock after reading that Facebook is estimated to be worth $10 billion. Yes, that’s right, billion with a ‘B'What really amazes me is that they haven't made any money as of yet. Come on. Give me a break here. I am an educated man, both online and offline and that just doesn't wash with me. Sorry.
I know there is much more to the story and all I can say is that people should leave the company alone. You either use Facebook or you don't.
And if you don't use Facebook and you have a business you are ....how do I put this nicely...and IDIOT!
We all have our thoughts on social media but the beauty of Facebook right now is that it's being talked about all over the flippin place and it is creating quite a stir which is great news for savvy marketer's.
More people are going to visit and see what it's all about and those folks could become future friends and possibly customers.
Go get educated on the Giant that Facebook is and learn how to use it to your advantage.
People have needs and with the economy the way it is, more and more people are doing business online and more and more people are starting to work from home via the net.
Regardless of your opinions on Facebook the fact remains that it is a great place to do business once you build up some trust.
As for young Mark Zuckerberg, well done young man. Keep going. He dared to dream and he succeeded wonderfully. He deserves to be praised not stepped on.
