You can go to a site like um gee um, I don't know how about Social Marker and sign up and you can get all of your bookmarking done in roughly 15 minutes instead of trying to figure out new software and more importantly wasting your money.

If you aren't using social bookmarking you are missing out on a huge traffic network. People that I have spoken to don't use them because they don't understand them.
You bookmark a site for yourself to view later. That's old school. Now you bookmark a site or blog on a social bookmarking site and you add tags and keywords to it and chances are it will attract other internet surfers to your pages just to check it out.
When used properly this can bring in quite a spike in traffic. One test I did last week shot my traffic through the roof but with one site it only lasted 3 days. On seven other sites it is still going strong and on 4 other sites there was no change.
The social bookmarking sites that didn't help at all are nowhere on this list as they are pretty useless.
