LAPD Robert MacFarland = Pathetic Cop

I am a Law and Security graduate. I have served in the military. My opinion of this video is that Sargeant...yes I said Sargeant Robert MacFarland needs to apologize to this young girl and her father and then he should do the Honorable thing:

Resign - Oh wait he has union protection. DAMN.

Well if he has any honor HE WILL QUIT! What a P.O.S.
