Chris Brown is being sued. Now it is stemming from a photographer who claims Chris Brown and his bodyguards physically assaulted him......this just sounds off.According to legal papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the victim claims it happened a few weeks after the Rihanna incident, which is now relatively quiet and off the Hot Topic List in Celebrity-ville.
All he did was take a picture, his career and he got beat. He tried to leave but his exit was blocked by L.A. Fitness employees...allegedly.
The man claims that he fell down stairs and Chris Brown's Bodyguards caught up to him and proceeded to assault him, physically.
Now the man is suing Chris and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.
Sounds fishy to me, even more interesting is the fact that the photographer has said he was a paying member at the gym. Thus he had the right to be there...no?
