This door knob feels that he has the right to speed behind a police officer and then video tape it.

Police have to speed for a variety of reason's:

A life in danger

A crime in progress

They have legitimate reasons.

This moron got a speeding ticket and wanted a cop to see how it feels.

Then he really annoys the officer and won't let him leave for awhile.

The next time he needs a police officer this officer better not show up.

Karma and payback will not be nice to this fool.
