I hate it when I lose mail. Everytime I lose mail it is always important.The sad fact is that once you delete email the chances of getting it back are not that good unless you already have safety feature's in place on your email client. So, depending on what program you use you should be able to set up a recycle bi type of thingy ;)
If you delete email in free hosted programs its GONE. Sorry.
My little experiment is to actually read my emails....not a good idea.
If you don't know the sender it could be a potentially harmful email and that would not be good so if you ever open a fishy looking email my advice to you is to close your email program immediately. Sign out and then run whatever spy ware program you have and clear your cookies, cache etc.
To clear your cookies go to your tool options.
Another trick I do that won't help spyware but will help check your computer is to go to your START Menu > Run > chkdsk and let it run.
