How messed up does someone have to be to lie about their profession?
Not too messed up, at one time or another we all have said "Hey, I am a fighter pilot" or something like that....never works with me and my coke bottle glasses hehe but I digress.
The real question I want to ask is how messed up does someone have to be to spend a couple grand on an elaborate awards ceremony, naming themselves the Best of the Best, for an organization that doesn't even exist?
Whew....true story.
Betty Lichtenstein, 56, of Norwalk was charged Thursday for impersonating a nurse and she even worked in a doctor's office to boot. She schemed up an awards ceremony for herself, to win an award that doesn't exist.
She might get up to five years in prison if convicted of the charges she faces which include reckless endangerment and criminal impersonation charges.
I hope she gets some help. Maybe she is a lonely old woman, there are a lot of maybe's I suppose.
Let's just be thankful her actions didn't kill anyone.

The Betty Trudal, Betty Leichtenstein, Elizabeth Trudal story is NOT one of a lonely old lady, it's the story of a sociopathic fraudulent schemer whom "also" claimed to be a nurse and ran a "fly by night" weight loss scheme from a storefront she squatted on in Brooklyn NY THAT year. Her husband, Robert Leichtenstein has walked a bit off center of the line of a chiropractor, his motto "To Be One Stand beside one" led him to be very misleading at times "leading others to believe he is an MD" while peddling cheap herbal products, while he endorsed and "Pretended to be "Dr.Bob" during their weight loss clinic scheme (They arrived as potential leasors to that property in Brooklyn NY in a rented vehicle, agreed to lease it with promise of payment on the way, set up their fly by night scheme, fished clients, collected money and disappeared back into CT without ever paying the Brooklyn NY Realtor a penny on the lease they bound themselves to) I'm surprised she hasn'r been arrested by The DEA for stealing Dr.Weiss prescription pads and forging Rx's to feed their drug cravings because she also did that.
Chaulk one up for "Health Care Reform", I suppose that should be the government Goal, To remove all fraudulent Health Care Practitioners no matter who's "Family" they might enforce for.
