Finding Opportunities to Guest Blog in Network Marketing

This is a hugely overlooked way to increase reader's to your blog and/or website(s). The best part of being a guest blogger is that the chances are much higher you will get noticed by the right people because if you do become a guest author then you are more than likely familiar with the author of the blog in which you will be guest blogging or authoring.

This is a huge advantage because if you read the blog, then the other reader's most definitely share a common interest with you and your blog. It's a no brainer.

Finding Opportunities to Guest Blog in Network Marketing

Many network marketers today have blogs. Blogs are a wonderful way to meet other people and promote both yourself and your business. My blogs all have links to my business site along with banners to my business.

In addition to posting on my own blogs, I also look for opportunities to guest blog for other bloggers out there.

I tend to choose a few blogs to not only follow but I read their posts and comment frequently. If I believe their blog and their readers are people I'd like to write for, I'll ask if they would be willing to accept a guest post from me.

This is a wonderful opportunity for me to let myself be known to someone else's audience.

I try very hard to write a post that will appeal to the readers I've been interacting with in the comments section. I write on topics I've seen them ask about or talk about.

You can also do web searches for "write for us" followed by the keyword related to the category of product you're selling.

I always suggest getting to know a site and its readers before offering to jump in and write for them. Scan all of the posts from the past week or month. Scan the comments. Are the same people commenting regularly? Are the posts consistent with a site you'd want your name on?

Once I find a site I'd like to guest post on, I write the owner, tell them who I am, tell them why I like their blog, send them a link to my blog(s) and then ask if they'd be interested in having me write a guest post for them.

Sometimes I'll suggest a topic based on what I've seen on their site and other times I'll ask them what they'd like me to write about. When the owner makes a suggestion, I often end up writing about something I never would've thought about writing about on my own.

Network marketing is about building relationships. Relationships involve getting to know others. Try guest blogging and you'll find yourself meeting new people and starting new relationships.
