John Allen Muhammad set for execution

The good folks of Richmond, Virginia can breathe easy knowing that John Allen Muhammad is set to die for his crimes this coming Tuesday. His execution will be via lethal injection. Not really justice as he will know the time of his death and he will be scared but not terrified. Unfortunate.

If you don't agree with this sentence than maybe you should call up one of the victim's family members and let them know.....I dare you.

His lawyer's argued he was mentally ill...yeah that old song and dance.

The family I am sure will be most happy that

he will be set to death and justice, to a degree will be served.

I am well aware of the controversy surrounding the death penalty. I am also well aware of how quickly those opinions change when it is someone close to us.

A very good friend of mine swore to God that she would never believe in the death penalty many years ago. Sadly, her opinion changed not to long ago when her brother was gunned down in Southern Ontario.

As long as someone has been proven guilty of a crime befitting the death penalty than so be it. An eye for an eye.

How fair is it for someone to commit murder and spend the rest of their life behind bars...it's almost laughable because they get three meals a day, a gym, cable television...etc...etc...and the victim's family members get to help foot the bill via taxes.

Ouch!

Hey I am sorry for killing so and so but kudo's to you for not forgiving me, hating me....and being kind enough to keep a roof over my head, food in my belly and I never miss my favorite show.....Does that sound like justice?

Either way...another sick minded, twisted criminal is going to (hopefully) be put to death and those he hurt can finally have peace.
