How Much Money Did Hope For Haiti Raise?

Apparently in Canada the numbers were somewhere between 9.8 million and 16 million. Tack on the money from Canadian donations will be matched dollar for dollar by our Government and it is a fairly nice amount of money and hope for the peoples of Haiti.

I was watching the Final Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien and even Tom Hanks had to leave that show via police escort to make it to the televised event with other well known stars like George Clooney and JT.

It always amazes me to see how the world can come together to aid our fellow man in time of need. I just hope that with the devastation of Haiti they will be able to rebuild bigger and better and safer.
